Unless there are immediate needs to employ senior experienced employees, the firm’s preferred employment policy is to develop staff through a cadet programme.

Through this program the firm employs school leavers who have academically achieved a satisfactory entrance levels to local universities.

Cadets attend university on a part time basis in year one and thereafter on a mix of full and part time thereby accelerating the time taken to achieve a degree whilst receiving significant training and mentoring during the period.
